With over five years of experience working with children, young people, individuals, and families, I am deeply passionate about creating safe spaces where people feel seen, heard, and understood. My background across crisis support, community services, out-of-home care, advocacy, and youth work has given me a strong understanding of the complexities of human experiences, relationships, trauma, and emotional wellbeing.
I take a person-centered, somatic, and trauma-informed approach to counselling, believing that healing begins through connection, self-awareness, and feeling safe enough to explore your story without judgement. I value authenticity, compassion, and meeting people exactly where they are in their journey.
Beyond my professional experience, I am someone who values growth, curiosity, and human connection. Travelling across different cultures and working alongside people from all walks of life has shaped the way I see the world and strengthened my passion for helping others reconnect with themselves, their relationships, and their sense of purpose.
My goal is to support individuals in navigating life’s challenges while helping them build deeper self-understanding, resilience, and emotional safety within themselves.
A place to feel heard and seen unconditionally
